Turbo Air's Super Deluxe Series Pizza Prep Table keeps your pizza cooks organized, safe and sanitary. Stainless steel interior and exterior construction makes it easy to clean, and the extra deep cutting board gives you more room to work with your pizza. Keep toppings within reach in the condiment pans (included) on top, and keep additional ingredients on the adjustable, stainless steel shelves in the lower cabinet. A powerful, forced-air refrigeration system keeps the pan well and storage cabinet at a constant holding temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, so your food stays safe from bacteria. The compressor unit is positioned to the side, so you don't need to move it for service calls; but the unit also sits on five-inch swivel casters, so it can be easily transported if desired. Installation is simple—just plug in the ten-foot power cord. This unit has two doors.
