This non-corrosive aluminum cabinet has adjustable chrome-plated wire racks that accommodate a large variety of pan sizes. Interior pan stops on the back and door allow proper air flow, and a gravity latch keeps the door securely shut while you move the cabinet. The top and base extend slightly past the side walls and serve as protective bumpers. Open the full-length door up to 270 degrees and secure to the side wall for easy loading and unloading. It's a cinch to move on five-inch swivel casters.
