Rational's SelfCooking Center makes it extremely easy to bake, roast, steam, blanch, poach and more—all in a single unit. This stainless steel unit automatically detects the specific requirements, size and loaded quantity of each dish. It individually calculates and continuously adjusts the cooking time, temperature and ideal cooking climate of your food, giving you the results you want. Steam generator supplies fully saturated, fresh steam every time for top food quality. During cleaning, it automatically detects the current level of soiling and optimizes the cleaning process to minimize the use of chemicals, water and power. Special scale-dissolving tablets prevent lime scale buildup without the use of expensive water softeners or time-consuming descaling processes. Add a stand with legs or casters for an additional cost.
